Terms Of Sale
Our terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice on accounts approved for credit by our credit department. If an account is not approved for open charges, orders will be shipped on a C.O.D. or Credit Card basis. Accounts with past due balances will
be on a credit card only basis. There will be a charge of $25.00 for returned checks under $300.00 and the account will be placed on a credit card-only basis. Checks over $300.00 will be charged the maximum allowed by law.
All currencies are based on the U.S. Dollar.
As an added convenience, we will accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. To pay by credit card, choose Credit Card during Checkout.
Prices do not include installation, inspection, or test. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Non-warranty returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus refurbishing costs, if required. Non-stocked items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Buyer agrees that it shall comply with all export compliance laws and regulations with respect to products it purchases from, or information it obtains from, L & J Fire Equipment, LLC. This includes but is not limited to, compliance with the International
Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the sanctions and embargoes maintained by the Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC), and any other applicable laws and regulations related to
the export or deemed export of goods or information.

We have emergency same-day shipping available on in-stock items. Just make sure your order is placed between 7:30am and 4:00pm Eastern Time.

No minimum orders are required when purchasing products from L&J Fire Equipment.
No - L&J Fire Equipment will not collect state sales tax. We must have a state resale tax certificate on file prior to shipping any orders.
We stand behind the quality and condition of our products. You must be completely satisfied with your order, or we'll take it back - even if you just change your mind.
Please Note: Custom and special order products are not returnable unless the mistake
is due to an L&J Fire Equipment error.
We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. If, however, your merchandise is damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and obtain an inspection report from the delivery service
immediately. Then call us at 800.250.5602.
